インパクトスタートアップに不可欠なのは、社会課題の深い理解と、それをテクノロジーで実装し持続的な成長に結びつける力。本セミナーでは、未踏PMとして若手育成に携わりつつ、WebPay CTOとしてオンライン決済基盤を構築、LINEグループ入り後はLINE Payを牽引。さらにメルペイ取締役CTO／メルカリ執行役員CISOを歴任し、2024年には自動運転タクシー事業のnewmoを共同創業した
曾川景介氏を迎え、技術を現実のサービスへと昇華し社会実装によって事業をハイグロースさせる戦略を、キャリアの実体験から語っていただきます。

登壇者プロフィール

曾川 景介（そがわ けいすけ）氏

京都大学大学院修了後、IPA未踏ユース採択。WebPay CTOとしてオンライン決済基盤を開発し、LINEグループ入り後はLINE Payを牽引。のちにメルペイ取締役CTO／メルカリ執行役員CISOを歴任。未踏IT人材発掘・育成事業PMとしても活躍。2024年、自動運転タクシー事業を展開するnewmoを共同創業。テクノロジーの社会実装とスケールに精通。

Overview

What does it take to build an impactful startup? Deep understanding of social issues, effective implementation of technology, and the ability to sustain growth.
We welcome Keisuke Sogawa—MITOU PM, former CTO of WebPay, a driving force behind LINE Pay, former CTO of Merpay and CISO at Mercari, and
co-founder of autonomous taxi startup newmo (2024). He will share first-hand lessons on turning technical innovation into real-world services and scaling businesses through social implementation.

Speaker

Keisuke Sogawa holds a graduate degree from Kyoto University and was selected for IPA MITOU Youth.
He served as CTO at WebPay, led LINE Pay after acquisition, and later became CTO at Merpay and CISO at Mercari.
As a PM for the MITOU program, he supports young talents. In 2024, he co-founded newmo, advancing autonomous taxi services.
